The Decker Terrier is an extremely rare dog in the United States. There are fewer than 300 breeding pairs in the world with fewer than 150 certified Decker Terrier puppies being produced each year. Even less than 20 of those dogs are retained by dedicated breeders for replacements yearly. If you own a Decker Terrier you have a piece of heritage & history .Decker's are the heirloom dog if you own one you own something unique and special. In order to find a reputable breeder you must look very hard and even then be prepared to spend some time on a waiting list for your new puppy. The Decker Terrier is an amazing breed with much to offer to people from all walks of life.
